What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is any inbound or outbound call handled by your AI agent, regardless of duration. Short calls under 10 seconds (e.g., wrong numbers or hangups) are not counted toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
Your AI agent keeps answering calls without interruption. Conversations beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.06 each, charged at the end of the billing cycle. You can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
